- 1 Charge Nurse
- 6 RNs
- 3 Patient Care Technicians
* Night Shift:
- 1 Charge Nurse
- 5 RNs
- 3 Patient Care Technicians
- **Patient Ratios:**
* 6:1
- **Equipment Used:**
* Traction
* EMR: Meditech
- **Candidate Profile:**
* **Must Have:**
- Minimum 1-year current acute care hospital Med/Surg/Ortho experience
- BLS Certification
* **Preferred:**
- Familiar with traction
- Knowledge of Spine, Hip, Joint Precautions
- ACLS Certification
- **Typical Procedures Performed:**
* Total Joint Procedures
* Spine Procedures
