Description:
The Med/Surg Staffing Resource Team will float between all Med/Surg units as needed.
Travelers will be required to work ED and PACU borders.
Deceased Patient Coordinator coverage may be required.
Float units include various Med/Surg areas.
Previous float experience is highly preferred.
Candidates must have recent experience in the listed required skills.
This position requires effective communication and adaptability.
Candidates should be prepared to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills are essential.
