We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week full-time contract in the Medical-Surgical (Med/Surg) department. This role is based in a modern healthcare facility in rural Northeast Oregon and involves working closely with a small nursing team and an on-site Hospitalist.
The RN will provide comprehensive care to both adult and pediatric patients, requiring strong clinical judgment and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality nursing care to Med/Surg patients (adult and pediatric)
- Collaborate with physicians, hospitalists, and interdisciplinary teams
- Monitor patient conditions and administer medications/treatments
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Adapt to floating assignments within qualified departments as needed
- Work scheduled shifts, including every other weekend
