Description:
The Registered Nurse will provide care to medical surgical patients during the night shift.
Experience in a fast-paced environment is essential.
The nurse will be responsible for patient assessment, care planning, and implementation of nursing interventions.
The role involves activation of rapid response teams when necessary.
The unit maintains a daily census of 32 patients.
Candidates should have strong skills in managing multiple patient needs.

Floating to similar units may be required based on patient care needs.
Weekends will require six shifts within a six-week period.
