WV or Compact License required; pending license accepted for submission. Candidates must have a permanent address 100 miles from the facility. Candidates between 75 100 miles may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the same rate. Minimum 2 Manager and/or Charge Nurse references from the past 2 years required.
