About the Position

• Provide direct patient care to adult med-surg and rehab patients
• Monitor, assess, and document patient condition and response to treatment
• Administer medications and IV therapy as prescribed
• Coordinate care plans and communicate with interdisciplinary teams
• Serve in a charge nurse role when needed
• Float between Med Surg and Rehab units based on staffing needs
• Educate patients and families on care, recovery, and discharge planning

Requirements

• 2 years recent Med Surg & Rehab experience - Required
• May float between Acute Rehab and Med Surg
• CHARGE RN EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Previous Travel (at least 3 months) - Required
• BSN preferred
• This is a small community without public transport. Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle. This is a firm requirement.
