Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse - Med Surg- Provide care for general med surg patients
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Demonstrate competency in age and population-specific standards
- Utilize equipment such as EMR-Epic, AccuDose, Bladder Scanner, and Telemetry
Requirements of the Registered Nurse - Med Surg- ND or compact state RN license, or willingness to obtain
- BLS certification (AHA required)
- Minimum 2 years of Med Surg experience in a large hospital or level 2 trauma center
- Experience with Epic EMR system
- Recent travel experience, preferably within the last year
