KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage an assigned caseload of medical/surgical patients across multiple diagnoses
- Administer medications, perform assessments, and execute care plans per physician orders
- Monitor patient response to treatment and escalate findings to the charge RN/physician
- Complete timely and accurate EMR documentation
- Support safe patient-handling protocols and assist with discharge planning
REQUIREMENTS
Must-Have
- Active Texas RN licence or compact licence eligibility
- BLS certification current
- Minimum 1 year Med/Surg RN experience
- EMR proficiency
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
- Charge experience
- Bilingual English/Spanish
