Travel Nurse RN - Medical-Surgical - $3,065 per week in Pittsfield, MA

Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Profession: Nursing Specialty: Med Surg Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: 2 years of current Medical Surgical experience License: Massachusetts RN license Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Must-Have: - Telemetry experience - Willingness to float to any Med Surg unit - Basic Dysrhythmia course completion - Meditech Expanse experience (highly preferred) - Personal vehicle required Description: Requested time off during the course of this assignment must be noted and verified prior to submission. Requests for time off after submission or during the interview will not be approved. No more than 5 days of time off will be accepted. It is preferred that less requested time off be noted. Travelers must be available for two holidays including Memorial Day, July 4, and Labor Day, as well as surrounding days. Travelers may not take all holidays off. Profiles must include the required Massachusetts Temporary Nursing Service Agency License upfront. This license is necessary for staffing temporary needs. Profiles must feature two specific interview dates and times of availability; “anytime” will not be accepted. Profiles will not be presented without this information. Travelers who reside within 50 miles of the facility will not be considered. To avoid delays in processing, please include the permanent address with the profile. Sleep friendly hours; 8 hours of non-billable orientation may be required. Unit size ranges from 20 to 34 beds. Patient ratio is typically 1:6. Personal scrubs of any color are acceptable. Travelers should have voicemail set up on their phones to facilitate communication. Work history and skills checklist must be current within one year and required documentation must be provided. Reference documentation from within the past two years of employment is required. All scheduling requests must be submitted with the profile. No reviews will be accepted after the offer or at the interview stage. Scheduled shifts include every other weekend and holidays as needed.
