Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Medical/Surgical Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12 Hour PM-AM Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum years of experience as required. License: Active RN License Certifications: BLS required Must-Have: - Experience with chest tubes - Knowledge of infusions such as Diltiazem, heparin, Lasix, insulin, or amiodarone - Familiarity with lines, tubes, and drains for post-surgical patients - Experience with tracheostomies and laryngectomies - Competence in telemetry - Ability to manage complex wounds - Experience with central line care, maintenance, and blood draws Description: Registered Nurses needed for immediate start. D/N rotation with schedules of either 36 or 48 hours per week. This is a busy surgical unit caring mainly for orthopedic and trauma patients. The unit also addresses other specialties such as plastics and general surgery. The main goal of the unit is mobilizing and rehabilitating patients. Candidates should possess the required experience to ensure quality patient care.
