Key Responsibilities of the Travel MedSurg Registered Nurse:
- Provide direct and compassionate nursing care to a diverse medical-surgical patient population
- Assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans for patients with varying diagnoses
- Administer medications and monitor for effectiveness and side effects
- Collaborate with physicians, allied health professionals, and patient families to optimize care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record

Requirements of the Travel MedSurg Registered Nurse:
- Active RN license (West Virginia or compact state)
- BLS certification required.
- Minimum of 2 years of recent MedSurg RN experience in an acute care hospital
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills
