Registered Nurse will perform usual duties at the facility.
The RN would be responsible for shift work.
Assess patients' conditions.
Record patients' medical histories and symptoms.
Observe patients and record the observations.
Administer patients' medicines and treatments.
Set up plans for patients' care or contribute information to existing plans.
Assessments.
Obtaining/transcribing physician orders
Maintaining inventory of supplies.
Notifying case manager RN/Triage/MOC of changes in conditions of individuals.
All documentation associated with the above tasks and other shift duties.
