Travel Nurse RN - Medical-Surgical - $50 to $53 per hour in Albany, NY

TravelNurseSource is working with 22nd Century Healthcare, Inc. to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Albany, New York, 12226!

Shift: 7:00am-3:30pm / 03:00pm-11:30pm / 11:00pm-7:30am 

• Registered Nurse will perform usual duties at the facility.
• The RN would be responsible for shift work.
• Assess patients' conditions.
• Record patients' medical histories and symptoms.
• Observe patients and record the observations.
• Administer patients' medicines and treatments.
• Set up plans for patients' care or contribute information to existing plans.
• Assessments.
• Obtaining/transcribing physician orders
• Maintaining inventory of supplies.
• Notifying case manager RN/Triage/MOC of changes in conditions of individuals.
• All documentation associated with the above tasks and other shift duties.
