Schedule / Job TypeContract | 13-Week Assignment | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical and Transitional Care Unit (TCU), including inpatient rehabilitation swing beds
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients throughout the shift
- Monitor patient status and respond to changes in condition in a timely and appropriate manner
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate and deliver quality patient outcomes
- Accurately document patient care activities and clinical findings in accordance with facility standards
Required Qualifications- Active and valid Registered Nurse (RN) state license in good standing, required at time of submission
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse
- Clean license with no restrictions or disciplinary actions
- References required
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience in a Medical Surgical or Transitional Care/Swing Bed unit setting
- Experience with inpatient rehabilitation patient populations
