Travel LPN – Medical Surgical (Night Shift)

Contract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Nights (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM) | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical unit during overnight shifts
- Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions in accordance with facility protocols
- Administer medications and treatments as directed by the care team
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation throughout the shift
Required Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted LPN license valid in North Carolina
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience
- Experience in a Medical Surgical setting
- Ability to work 12-hour overnight shifts in a fast-paced acute care environment
- Current BLS certification
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience
- Familiarity with telemetry monitoring in a Med Surg environment
- Experience working in a high-volume or regional referral hospital setting
