Contract | 13-Week Assignment | Night Shift | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Onsite | 4 Weekend Shifts Per Month Required | No On-Call Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a 28-bed Medical Surgical unit with patient ratios of 5:1 to 6:1
• Operate and monitor unit equipment including Telemetry, Video EEG, Hoyer Lift, Bladder Scanner, and Vital Sign Machines
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately using Meditech EMR
• Collaborate with charge nurses, fellow RNs, and Patient Care Technicians across night shift operations
• Adhere to unit guidelines, dress code requirements, and facility policies throughout the assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• NIHSS certification
• Telemetry competency
• Minimum of 1 year of hospital-based nursing experience

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 3 or more years of nursing experience
• Experience in epilepsy care or neurological patient populations
• Demonstrated ability to accept feedback and approach work with an ownership mentality
