About the Role
A hospital in Benton, AR is seeking a senior Director of Nursing to lead its Surgical Services department. This full-time on-site role oversees perioperative nursing across PACU, Pre-Op, Post-Op, Gastro, and Surgery. The Director will be accountable for clinical quality, staff development, regulatory compliance, and operational performance driving a culture of excellence in surgical patient care.
Requirements
- Current and active RN license required
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Director-level nursing role
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing required advanced degree (MSN, Healthcare Administration, or MBA) strongly preferred
- Experience working across PACU, Pre-Op, Post-Op, Gastro, and Surgery preferred
