Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical Surgical (Travel, Nights)

Contract (13 Weeks) | Night Shift (6:30 PM – 7:00 AM) | Alternating Weekends | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical unit during night shift hours
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
- Document patient information accurately and in a timely manner using the facility's electronic medical record system
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
- Adhere to all facility policies, procedures, and safety standards throughout the duration of the assignment
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Minimum of 2 years of Medical Surgical nursing experience
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Proficiency with Cerner electronic medical record system
- Permanent residence located 50 or more miles from the assignment facility
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience in a Medical Surgical setting
- Demonstrated ability to float and adapt to varying unit environments
