Contract | 12-Hour Day/Night Rotating Shifts | Onsite

• Interpret and implement plans of medical care while assessing patients and making clinical decisions regarding nursing care.
• Administer medications and monitor patients for reactions or side effects.
• Record and maintain accurate patient medical information, vital signs, reports, and records.
• Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions to the appropriate care team members.
• Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses and conditions.

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Massachusetts or compact eligibility.
• Knowledge of principles and skills needed for practical nursing to provide safe and competent patient care.
• Proficiency in medical terminology.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive patient information.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to accurately screen and triage acute patients.

• Prior experience in a Medical Surgical nursing setting.
• Familiarity with age-specific care considerations across patient populations.
