Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care within a Telemetry Medical Surgical float pool setting
- Float across Medical Surgical and Telemetry units as needed to meet staffing demands
- Monitor and interpret telemetry readings and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Current ACLS certification required
- Current BLS certification required
- Must reside 80 or more miles from the facility
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a float pool or multi-unit environment
- Experience in both Telemetry and Medical Surgical nursing
