Contract | 13 Weeks | Days, 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM | Onsite | Floating and on-call flexibility required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide general skilled nursing (SNF) level of care duties within a Swing Bed unit
• Float within scope of practice and clinical competency, including Rehabilitation and Medical Surgical units
• Manage a patient ratio of up to 1:8 within a 15-bed unit
• Utilize the MedHost EMR system for documentation and patient management
• Be available for census flex on-call prior to the start of a scheduled shift when census is low

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BLS certification required
• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience required
• Fingerprinting is required for all travelers working in New Mexico — submitting agencies must be registered with the State of New Mexico, as this process may take several weeks

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 2 or more years of RN experience preferred
• Prior experience in Medical Surgical and/or Rehabilitation nursing
• Familiarity with MedHost EMR
