Contract | Night Shift | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as Charge Nurse for a Medical Surgical unit during night shift hours
• Oversee unit operations and provide clinical leadership to nursing staff throughout the shift
• Deliver direct patient care in accordance with facility policies and nursing standards of practice
• Coordinate patient care activities, assignments, and communication between care team members
• Monitor patient status and respond promptly to changes in condition

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Washington or compact eligibility
• Prior experience in a Medical Surgical setting
• Prior charge nurse or leadership experience
• Current BLS certification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience leading or mentoring nursing staff in an acute care or med/surg environment
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced unit setting
