Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to medical/surgical adult inpatients, including orthopedic, neuro-surgical, and Level 1 trauma patients
• Prioritize zero-harm principles, patient safety, and delivery of quality care
• Manage patient pain effectively and in a timely manner
• Conduct proactive rounding to assess and address patient needs
• Perform bedside hand-off to ensure continuity and accuracy of patient care

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Experience in a medical/surgical inpatient setting
• Demonstrated ability to care for adult inpatient populations
• Strong commitment to patient safety and quality care standards

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience with orthopedic, neuro-surgical, or Level 1 trauma patients
• Familiarity with pain management protocols in an acute care environment
