Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical unit in accordance with facility protocols and nursing standards
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor patient responses
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate and deliver quality patient outcomes
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and progress accurately in the medical record
Required Qualifications- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio or a compact state license
- Current BLS certification
- Experience in a Medical Surgical nursing setting
- Ability to work a set schedule of Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday day shifts
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience in a high-volume or acute care Medical Surgical environment
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
