Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse - Med Surg- Provide patient care and monitor patient conditions in a Med Surg setting
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to evaluate and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatment in accordance with physician orders
- Document patient care accurately and timely in electronic health records
- Assist with patient education and discharge planning
Requirements of the Registered Nurse - Med Surg- RN license in the state of Missouri
- BLS certification
- Experience in Med Surg nursing preferred
