Schedule / Job TypeContract | 13 Weeks | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
Key Responsibilities- Provide acute care nursing services to adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient populations
- Deliver care within a Gastrointestinal (GI) and Medical/Surgical unit environment
- Monitor patients utilizing telemetry-capable private room accommodations
- Document and communicate patient status using SBAR methodology within the Cerner electronic health record system
- Administer and manage medications using Accudose dispensing system
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Medical/Surgical specialty
- Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- NIH Stroke Scale certification
- Proficiency with Cerner and Accudose systems
Preferred Experience / Skills- Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Experience with Gastrointestinal (GI) patient populations
- Familiarity with SBAR communication framework
