Key Responsibilities- Provide direct acute care nursing to patients on a Medical/Surgical Pulmonary unit with telemetry capability
- Deliver age-appropriate care to adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient populations
- Monitor and assess patients in private acute care rooms, utilizing telemetry as indicated
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately within the electronic health record system
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Medical/Surgical nursing
- Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Proficiency with Cerner electronic health record system
Preferred Experience / Skills- Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Experience with telemetry monitoring in an acute care setting
- Background caring for pulmonary patient populations
