Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical setting during night shift hours
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
- Monitor and document patient progress, changes in condition, and responses to treatment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Active Illinois (IL) Registered Nurse license, or confirmation that the application process has been initiated
- Current RN degree or equivalent nursing education
- Ability to pass a drug screening for all panels prior to placement
- Compliance with a drug-free workplace policy throughout the duration of the assignment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a Medical Surgical inpatient environment
- Familiarity with night shift workflows and patient monitoring protocols
