Contract | Night Shift | Every Other Weekend | Every Other Holiday
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical unit in accordance with facility policies and nursing standards
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician
- Monitor and document patient condition, reporting changes to the appropriate care team members
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Current BLS certification
- Experience in a Medical Surgical nursing setting
- Ability to work night shifts
- Willingness to work every other weekend and every other holiday
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel or contract nursing experience
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
