Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical Surgical (Travel)

Schedule / Job TypeContract – Travel | 13 Weeks | Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Onsite
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical unit with a 6:1 patient ratio
- Deliver nursing care across a combined Medical Surgical environment spanning two floors with a total of 72 beds
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately using Cerner EMR
- Float to other units as required to support staffing needs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 2 years of Medical Surgical nursing experience
- Current BLS certification
- Current ACLS certification
- PALS certification required within 6 months of start date
- Proficiency with Cerner EMR
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior travel nursing experience in a Medical Surgical setting
- Comfort with floating to multiple units within a facility
