Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13 Weeks | Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical unit with a 6:1 patient-to-nurse ratio
• Float between Medical Surgical units as operationally required
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately using Cerner EMR
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes
• Adhere to unit protocols, infection control standards, and facility policies throughout the contract

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Oklahoma or a compact state
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• PALS certification required (must be obtained within 6 months of start date)
• Minimum 2 years of Medical Surgical nursing experience required
• Proficiency with Cerner EMR

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience floating between multiple units in a hospital setting
• Familiarity with high-census, fast-paced Medical Surgical environments
• Strong critical thinking and time management skills in a multi-patient assignment
