Contract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Med/Surg unit with a patient ratio of 6:1 with LPN support
• Perform wound and dressing care on post-operative burn and flap patients
• Operate and monitor unit equipment including Hoyer lifts, air mattresses, wound VACs, and PCA pumps
• Document patient care accurately using the Meditech EMR system
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including charge nurses, LPNs, and PCTs on the night shift

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license valid in the state of Colorado (or compact eligibility)
• Minimum of 1 year of acute care hospital Med/Surg experience
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of overall nursing experience preferred for consideration

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Burn care experience
• Wound care and/or ostomy care experience
• Current ACLS certification
