Contract | Days | 12-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM) | Every Other Weekend | 72 Guaranteed Hours Biweekly
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general inpatient care for adult medical/surgical patients on a 15-bed unit
- Deliver specialized care with a focus on orthopedic and oncology patient populations
- Manage a patient assignment with typical ratios of 5–6 patients per nurse
- Support patients through an average length of stay of 3–4 days
- Participate in biweekly unit orientation as required
Required Qualifications
- Active New Hampshire RN license or valid Compact RN license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association
- Prior travel nursing experience
- Proficiency with Epic electronic health record system
- Orthopedic nursing experience required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in oncology nursing
- Familiarity with medical/surgical inpatient care in an acute care setting
