Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg- Provide direct patient care in a Med Surg setting
- Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Document patient care and progress accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to enhance patient care
Requirements of the RN - Med Surg- Valid RN license in the state of Tennessee
- BLS certification
- A minimum of 1 year of Med Surg experience
