Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical Surgical

Schedule / Job TypeContract | Travel | Days (6:45 AM – 7:15 PM) | Every other weekend required | 13-Week Assignment
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical unit with a 6:1 patient ratio
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients
- Accurately document patient information and care activities within the electronic medical records system
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
- Adhere to facility policies, procedures, and nursing standards of practice throughout the assignment
Required Qualifications- Active Compact or Alabama Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 1 year of Medical Surgical nursing experience
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience with Cerner electronic medical records system
- Prior travel nursing experience in a Medical Surgical setting
