Key Responsibilities- Deliver coordinated nursing care for an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process
- Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff
- Coordinate patient care with other disciplines and departments
- Apply critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgment in clinical decision-making
- Support an Epic EMR conversion, utilizing proficiency in both Epic and Cerner systems
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor
- Proficiency in both Epic and Cerner EMR systems with experience in each within the last 5 years
- Each work history entry must include the charting system used; if multiple EMR systems were used at one employer, dates must clarify when each system was utilized
- Must have successfully completed at least one prior contract or served as an employee in a comparable role
- No time-off requests (RTO) permitted; start date is firm
Preferred Experience / Skills- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Experience in an acute care facility setting
