Key Responsibilities- Deliver coordinated nursing care for individual patients or an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process
- Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff
- Coordinate patient care with other disciplines and departments
- Apply critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgment in all aspects of patient care
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification from an approved vendor
- Demonstrated experience with both Epic and Cerner EMR systems within the last 5 years
- Each work history entry must clearly identify the charting system used; if multiple EMR systems were used within a single position, dates must be provided to clarify when each system was utilized
- Must have successfully completed at least one prior contract or served as a direct employee of an organization
Preferred Experience / Skills- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Acute care facility experience
