Key Responsibilities- Deliver coordinated nursing care for an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process
- Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff
- Coordinate patient care with other disciplines and departments
- Apply critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgment in clinical decision-making
- Document patient care accurately within the facility's electronic medical record system
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification from an approved vendor
- Epic and Cerner experience within the last 5 years
- Each work history entry must identify the charting system used; if multiple EMR systems were used in a single role, dates must be provided to clarify when each system was used
- Must have successfully completed at least one prior contract or held a permanent employed position
Preferred Experience / Skills- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Acute care facility experience
