Provide direct patient care on a 40-bed Medical/Surgical Telemetry unit with a 1:6 patient ratio
Monitor and assess patient conditions, administer medications, and implement individualized care plans
Document patient information and clinical interventions accurately using Meditech EHR
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate safe and effective patient outcomes
Float to other units as required based on staffing and patient census needs
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
Minimum of 1–2 years of Med/Surg or Med/Surg Telemetry experience
Current ACLS certification
Current BLS certification
Must reside more than 60 miles from the facility to qualify as a travel placement
Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience with Meditech EHR system
Prior travel nursing experience in an acute care setting
Familiarity with telemetry monitoring and cardiac patient populations
