    TravelNurseSource is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Idaho Falls, Idaho, 83404!

    Job Title

    Travel Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical

    Location

    Idaho Falls, Idaho

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite | Two weekends per month required

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care on a 39-bed Medical/Oncology unit with a 1:6 night shift patient ratio
    • Safely administer and scan medications, maintaining a minimum 98% medication scanning compliance rate
    • Operate unit equipment including Alaris IV pumps, Pyxis, Arjo lifts, Novastat, and bedside computers
    • Document accurately and efficiently using Meditech EMR
    • Float to Surgical/Orthopedic and Rehabilitation units as needed
    • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including charge nurses and CNAs to deliver high-quality patient care
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
    • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
    • Minimum of 2 years of Medical Surgical nursing experience
    • Exceptional communication skills
    • Strong time management abilities
    • Demonstrated medication safety practices with a minimum 98% safe scan and administration rate
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Chemotherapy certification
    • Flexibility to work day or night shifts as needed
    • Friendly, team-oriented personality with the ability to build strong interpersonal connections
