Contract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Night Shift (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct inpatient nursing care to Medical Surgical patients within a Critical Access Hospital setting
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Monitor patient status throughout the night shift and respond promptly to changes in condition
• Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in accordance with facility standards
• Communicate effectively with hospitalist physicians, charge nurses, and ancillary staff to ensure continuity of care

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Michigan or compact equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of Medical Surgical nursing experience
• Current BLS certification required
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts in a fast-paced inpatient environment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a Critical Access Hospital or rural acute care setting
• Familiarity with swing bed or post-acute inpatient care workflows
• Experience with Joint Commission accredited facilities
