Contract | Travel | Full-Time | Days | 3x12 | 36 Hours Guaranteed Per Week | 13-Week Assignment | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in an Acute Care Float Pool setting, including post cardiac surgery, cardiac, and general medical patients
• Float across units as needed — float requirements are non-negotiable
• Maintain a patient ratio of 1:5 and deliver care in accordance with facility standards
• Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation and patient management
• Act as Charge RN when a designated Charge RN is unavailable
• Adhere to facility dress code, weekend, and call requirements as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in a Med/Surg or related acute care setting
• Current BLS certification
• Current NRP certification
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with a variety of Med/Surg concepts, practices, and procedures

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Telemetry experience preferred
• Experience with EPIC EMR
• Patient-focused team player with the ability to adapt across multiple units
