Position Overview
Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality nursing care to adult and geriatric Med Surg patients.
- Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Accurately document patient care using EPIC EMR.
- Float to the Thompson Unit and Kingsbury custodial patients as needed.
Requirements- Active New Hampshire RN License or Compact License (must be in hand at submission)
- Minimum 2 years of Medical Surgical RN experience
- Previous EPIC experience required
- Active AHA BLS Certification
- Active AHA ACLS Certification
- Willingness to float as needed
- Travelers must live more than 50 miles from the facility
