Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Swing Bed / Night Shift

Schedule / Job TypeContract | 13 Weeks | Nights (6:00 PM – 6:30 AM) | Weekends Required | On-Site
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care for inpatient rehabilitation (Swing Bed) patients in a unit of up to 10 beds
- Absorb Med/Surg patient assignments as needed when Swing Bed census decreases
- Float to Med/Surg for patient assignments or to other units for task-based support within existing competencies
- Adhere to call requirements as volume dictates, within contractual call-off limits
- Document and manage patient care using the MedHost electronic medical records system
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 1 year of RN experience
- Rehabilitation and/or Medical-Surgical nursing experience required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and participate in call rotation as needed
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience working in a Swing Bed program or inpatient rehabilitation setting
- Familiarity with MedHost EMR platform
- Comfort floating between units and adapting to varying patient populations
