Travel Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical / Telemetry (Nights)

Key Responsibilities- Provide total patient care for Medical Surgical and Telemetry patients on a 31-bed unit
- Manage a patient ratio of 1:6 to 1:7 during night shift hours
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes using Cerner EMR
- Float to other Medical Surgical floors as required
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
- Current BLS certification
- Current ACLS certification (all ACLS modules must be completed)
- Minimum 1 year of Medical Surgical nursing experience
- Proficiency with total patient care delivery model
- Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify as a traveler
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience with Cerner EMR
- Experience in a Telemetry or combined Med Surg/Tele environment
- Comfort with floating to additional Medical Surgical units as needed
