TravelNurseSource is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Lancaster, South Carolina, 29720!
Job Title
Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical
Location
Lancaster, SC
Schedule / Job Type
Contract | Nights | 4x12-hour shifts (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM) | Every other weekend required
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical unit within a short-term acute care hospital setting
- Manage a patient assignment at ratios of 1:6 to 1:7
- Float within scope to meet facility needs across like units as required
- Attend required staff meetings as scheduled
- Complete all assigned onboarding modules prior to start date
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of Medical Surgical RN experience
- Prior travel nursing experience required; first-time travelers will not be considered
- Active South Carolina RN license or Compact license must be in hand prior to start date
- Current BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale certifications required
- Proficiency with Epic EMR
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Telemetry experience
- Interpretation and management of dysrhythmias
