Provide direct patient care in a Medical/Surgical acute care setting
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure positive patient outcomes
Adhere to facility holiday requirements: must work 2 of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve)
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification required
Minimum recent experience within Medical/Surgical specialty required
Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience in an acute care hospital environment
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
