Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg
Provide high-quality patient care in a Med Surg unit
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor patient conditions and report any changes
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
Educate patients and families regarding health management
Requirements of the RN - Med Surg
Active RN license in the state of Massachusetts
Minimum of 1 year of Med Surg nursing experience
Current CPR certification
