Contract | Night Shift (6:00 PM – 6:30 AM) | 12-Hour Shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical/Surgical setting in accordance with facility protocols and nursing standards
• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions throughout the night shift
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the care team
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Respond promptly to changes in patient status and initiate appropriate interventions

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arizona or a compact state license
• Current BLS certification
• Experience in a Medical/Surgical nursing environment
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a rehabilitation hospital or post-acute care setting
• Strong critical thinking and patient assessment skills in a fast-paced environment
