Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg- Provide direct patient care in accordance with established protocols and best practices
- Monitor patient progress and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Assist in the planning and implementation of patient care strategies
- Educate patients and families on healthcare plans and procedures
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
Requirements of the RN - Med Surg- Current RN license in the state of Louisiana
- Relevant Med Surg experience
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
